We are seeking a Manager for our People Consulting practice. Key responsibilities
Our approach to organizational design helps guide our clients from assessment through to implementation. You’ll lead large-scale organizational design projects and advise stakeholders while building relationships with colleagues and clients. You’ll also work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful solutions for a range of challenges, from how to best structure teams to deliver on the organization’s strategy to how the organization’s structure can allow for more agile ways of working.
Skills and attributes for success
- Lead project workstreams, from planning through implementation – including managing project resources and budgets effectively, and identify and effectively manage and mitigate any risks and issues.
- Understanding of using organizational design, strategic workforce planning and change management as integral components of transformational initiatives focused on accelerating business performance.
- Demonstrate technical competence in key capabilities and take a practical / business driven approach to solving complex client challenges.
- Contribute to generate profitable revenue by identifying additional engagement opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients.
- Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for major change initiatives and / or decisions.
- Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment.
- Understanding of human resources opportunities, challenges and issues in at least one of the sectors we serve (e.g., Oil & Gas, Health, Telecommunications, Power & Utilities, Insurance, Media & Entertainment).
- Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations for potential clients.
- Passionate about advancing the PAS practice by leading the development of thought leadership and EY approaches, tools and methodologies in organization design.
- Coach and develop teams and colleagues, and act as a visible role model for our people.
