Job Description
As a Warranty Administrator, you will handle all aspects of replacement process including product registration, extended service purchase, ordering parts, tracking deliveries, claims, and communicating with customers.
Additional duties will include :
- Discuss the warranty claim and expectations with customers
- Prepare and process warranty documentation according to manufacturer guidelines
- Submit claims quickly and efficiently
- Follow up with manufacturers to ensure claims are being processed properly
- Keep accurate inventory of ordered warranty parts and organize vendor paperwork
- Assist in servicing customers including answering phones
- Enter customer credit notes and vendor debits in the system
- Understand and follow all safety regulations at all customer locations as well as at the Profit Centre
- Support all Profit Centre activities as part of the Profit Centre Team
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Profit Centre Manager
