Our fashion client is looking for an experienced and hardworking Warehouse Manager to join their team! This person will lead and oversee their warehouse operations and will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, maintaining a safe and organized working environment, and driving continuous improvements in inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes.

Responsibilities :

• Establish Momentis WMS / RF Scanning solution for warehouse performance and implement systems to track, analyze, and improve operations
• Develop and implement warehouse management strategies to optimize inventory accuracy, space utilization, and cost efficiency.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries from suppliers and to wholesale & retail clients.
• Manage inventory levels and oversee bi-annual inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Work well under pressure, leverage technical skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Momentis ERP, to streamline logistics operations.

Requirements :

• In-depth understanding and experience with Momentis ERP (an significant asset)
• Bilingual in English and French, Mandarin an asset
• 5-10 years of experience in warehouse operations and management
• Experience in developing and executing a wide range of projects
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve logistics challenges
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel)
