Responsabilities :

• Demonstrate leadership : manage, motivate and maximize employee performance (team of 15 to 20) in the sorting area.
• Be organized : plan the work flow and ensure that employees understand and perform their tasks well. Ensure the onboarding of new sorters in the station.
• Be productive : set performance goals and deadlines in line with organizational plans.
• Multitasking : prepare and organize the sorting station (boxes / envelopes), supervise all activities related to sorting packages and monitor the progress of packages per hour according to established objectives.
• Be diligent : ensure the cleanliness of the work area and the use of safe work methods and behaviors within his team.
