Role : Warehouse Supervisor

Job Summary : Your role will be to manage various aspects of the local retail warehouse and yard.

Job Responsibilities

Mentor and grow your core team recognizing that a managers success is only possible with a strong team

Oversee the daily warehouse operations maintain control of orders received and shipped and carry out all duties required in a timely and efficient manner

Work closely with our vibrant Roofmart Branch Staff and Sales Team to provide world class support and build strong long-term relationships with existing customers

Grow new business and expand market share by providing solutions to the needs of current and future contractors homeowners and customers by converting them away from competitor products.

Qualifications

College Diploma or bachelors degree (in Business / Sales / Logistics / Human Resources) and / or 5 or more years of successful warehouse / yard management logistics experience

Solid inventory management skills previous experience in overseeing a team and a warehouse with a strong logistics background

Energetic organized confident and positive

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations

A critical thinker a strong problem solver and able to handle difficult situations

Valid drivers license

Ability to work shifts including days evenings and weekends

Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required

Authorized to work in Canada
