The Clerk will play a key role in managing the accounting and providing administrative support to various departments. This is a contract position starting 17th Feb and until end of April (potential to extend more based on business needs)

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the office supervisor, this position requires the incumbent to perform a variety of data entry assignments requiring knowledge of vendor payments (accounts payable), Department fleet equipment usage, recording inventory consumption, and processing electronic filing system uploads.

Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in a similar role

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (phones, fax, photocopier).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Positive, professional, and friendly demeanor.

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
