Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced Bilingual SAP SuccessFactors Trainer contractor to join their project effective immediately for a short term contract that may lead to further work and a possible extension. The ideal candidate should have multiple years of training experience in SuccessFactors EC and other sub-modules. They will be responsible for conducting virtual training. This will be a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct pre-training assessments to identify knowledge gaps.
• Collaborate with HR / IT teams to understand business processes and training objectives.
• Design and customize training content (user guides, presentations, exercises) based on module expertise (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation).
• Develop role-based training (e.g., end-users, managers, HR admins).
• Conduct instructor-led training (ILT), virtual sessions (VILT), or e-learning as required.
• Provide hands-on demos, simulations, and real-life scenario-based exercises.
• Ensure training aligns with SAP SuccessFactors best practices and company policies.
• Answer trainee questions and troubleshoot common issues.
• Provide post-training support (FAQs, job aids, refresher sessions).
• Mentor super-users or internal trainers for sustainability.
• Gather feedback through surveys or assessments.
• Update training materials based on system updates or process changes.
• Report training effectiveness to stakeholders.
• Ensure training aligns with data security and compliance policies.
• Maintain records of attendance, certifications, and training completion.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
