Position Overview : We are seeking a professional and detailoriented Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our team. This parttime role requires strong organizational skills exceptional communication abilities and proficiency in technology tools. The ideal candidate will be able to manage tasks in a fastpaced environment while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage calendars for senior stakeholders and clients.
Prepare and process expense reports (training provided).
Schedule multiple meetings and ensure seamless coordination.
Proofread client reports for accuracy and quality.
Provide administrative support including email and phone followups.
Perform professional followups with clients and external coaches.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- French / English
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Experience with expense reporting platforms (training available).
Proficiency with technology tools including Sage Intacct and Salesforce.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Microsoft Office Suite
Expectations for Working Relationship :
All work requests will be sent via email by one designated individual.
Prompt acknowledgment of requests within 15 minutes with clarification questions addressed promptly.
