Role Overview : As the VP of Marketing , you will own the company’s marketing strategy and execution, working closely with the executive team to position Velixo as the category leader. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performance marketing team, optimizing the customer acquisition funnel, and fueling revenue growth through data-driven marketing programs. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, executional excellence, and leadership to scale the company’s marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy : Define and implement a results-driven marketing plan aligned with business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
- Demand Generation & Growth Marketing : Lead inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to drive pipeline growth, leveraging SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Brand & Product Positioning : Craft compelling messaging and positioning to differentiate Velixo in the market and enhance its brand presence.
- Content & Thought Leadership : Oversee content marketing efforts, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and social media to educate and engage prospects.
- Go-To-Market Strategy : Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine go-to-market strategies for new product launches, market expansion, and customer engagement.
- Marketing Operations & Analytics : Implement data-driven marketing analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize conversion rates, and track key KPIs such as CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- Partnership & Community Engagement : Identify and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations to expand market reach.
- Team Leadership & Development : Build and lead a world-class marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.
