Productivity of various departments (LER); Inventory turnover rate; Adherence to project timelines and budgets; Accident Frequency Rate less than 1. University degree in Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field. An MBA is a significant asset; A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in operations management roles within the distribution sector; Proven expertise in strategic supply chain and logistics management; Expertise in product category management within distribution environments; Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams in a context of growth and transformation; Demonstrated ability to think and act with both strategic and tactical agility; Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data to make strategic decisions; Strong communication and organizational skills; Bilingualism (English and French) is required for this position.

As a member of the executive committee, the Vice President of Operations is responsible for defining and implementing operational strategies aimed at optimizing efficiency, improving performance, and supporting the company's growth.
