About IG Private Company Advisory
IG Private Company Advisory (PCA) provides strategic financial advisory services to private businesses with transaction values typically ranging from $10 million to $500 million, specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and corporate finance transactions.
Position Overview
The Vice President, PCA will lead M&A and corporate finance transactions, providing strategic advisory to business owners while managing execution and business development efforts. This role requires expertise in client engagement, business and financial analysis, transaction structuring, and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage business valuation, pitch preparation, CIM and financial model preparation, deal marketing, deal structuring and negotiation, due diligence, and closing processes.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of M&A and corporate finance transactions.
- Advise business owners on growth strategies, capital raising, exit planning, and liquidity solutions.
- Develop and manage relationships with business owners, strategic and financial buyers, institutional investors, and lenders.
- Lead and mentor junior team members in financial modeling, pitch and transaction materials preparation.
- Coordinate with legal, accounting, and tax advisors for seamless transaction execution.
- Drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Lead client meetings and presentations with senior executives.
