As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling and optimizing production activities to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the production, logistics, quality, and procurement teams to coordinate and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning & Monitoring
- Develop production schedules considering manufacturing capacity and delivery deadlines.
- Communicate and coordinate schedules with production, maintenance, and quality control teams.
- Track production disruptions and propose adjustments as needed.
- Verify raw material availability and report any discrepancies to the procurement team.
- Analyze performance indicators (produced vs. required quantities, deadline compliance, production line efficiency).

Coordination & Communication
Your Profile
Education : Bachelor's degree in operations management, logistics, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience : 3 to 5 years in a similar production planning role.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate Excel) and experience with ERP systems (Fidelio is a plus).
Languages : Advanced French, basic English (oral and written).
Soft Skills : Analytical thinking, autonomy, stress management, initiative, planning, and a global vision.
