This process is an "inventory," which allows you to submit your application over a period up to August 26, 2024. The evaluation of applications will be done continuously and in stages, starting with the validation of experience and education, thus making it possible to identify which candidates have experience in each of the specialties sought. Depending on our operational needs in one of these fields of expertise, candidates with this specialization will be contacted to be formally assessed. People who meet the essential qualifications mentioned above will be included in the pool of potential candidates.
The files of all candidates will be evaluated in order to validate the experience, regardless of the date of submission. A candidate who applies in the first weeks of the opening of this directory will not have priority over a candidate who applies later. PSPC reserves the right to always select the most qualified candidate present in the pool, regardless of the qualification date.

Duties
Interested in Project Management? Do you want to be part of a multidisciplinary and dynamic team? Join the ranks of the Real Property Branch - Project Management at PSPC - Québec Region.
Level 2 Project Managers provide project management services in architecture or engineering projects entrusted to the department. They bring into realization agreements with clients on the parameters (scope, time frame, budget) and pull together the required resources (internal and external experts from all disciplines, consultants, and contractors). They are tasked with the planning, design, execution, implementation and assessment of assigned projects in accordance and rules of conformity and quality.
Project managers help build the Canada of tomorrow. They work on the development and transformation of office buildings, infrastructure of services for example associated with : airport or maritime transport, penitentiaries, border control, heritage works and environmental protection.

Intent of the process
The immediate intent of this process is to staff vacant positions.
A pool of partially qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff identical or similar positions with various tenures (determinate, indeterminate), various linguistic requirements, various security requirements and for various locations at Public Services and Procurement Canada.
