Job description

Sous la responsabilité du Directeur, le gestionnaire de compte joue un rôle essentiel dans de la gestion des dossiers d’assurance. Le gestionnaire de compte est responsable d’offrir une expérience exceptionnelle à nos clients en tout temps en traitant les demandes de renouvellement, les nouvelles affaires, les avenants, les certificats et autres documents d’assurance. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec le directeur de compte dans l’objectif de maintenir un service de haute qualité à notre clientèle.

Vos responsabilités  :

Pour le Renouvellement :

  • Gestion de la liste de renouvellements des clients en fonction des échéanciers ;
  • Respect des délais de renouvellement tout en offrant des conseils pour assurer les meilleures solutions et conditions ;
  • Analyse et mise à jour des dossiers de renouvellement, y compris les limites d'assurance, garanties, et informations de souscription ;
  • Participation active à la mise en marché des comptes lors des renouvellements, incluant la collecte d'informations pertinentes, propositions, et questionnaires ;
  • Collaboration avec les directeurs de comptes pour élaborer la stratégie de placement des comptes et révision des garanties des polices, ainsi que la soumission de la tarification et des couvertures manquantes ;
  • Notification rapide des modifications aux assureurs. - Préparation et envoi des certificats d'assurance aux clients. - Application stricte de la politique du cabinet concernant les recevables. - Exécution d'autres tâches et projets spéciaux selon les besoins ;
  • Pour les Nouvelles affaires et modifications  ;
  • Assurer la satisfaction des besoins de la clientèle par un service personnalisé, rapide, et courtois, et traiter efficacement les demandes de modifications de police ;
  • Fournir aux clients des explications sur la nature et le coût des services offerts, ainsi que des informations sur les réclamations liées à leur dossier  ;
  • Collaboration à l'identification et à l'analyse des risques pour la clientèle, ainsi qu'à la mise en place de mesures visant à améliorer l'efficacité de l'entreprise et son positionnement sur le marché ;
  • Préparation des certificats et saisie des informations dans Policy Works. - Préparation de la facturation conformément aux normes du cabinet. - Exécution d'autres tâches et projets spéciaux selon les besoins.

Ce que nous recherchons :

  • Certificat en assurance de dommages des entreprises délivré par l’Autorité des marchés financiers (en vigueur) ;
  • Une expérience de plus de 5 ans dans un poste de courtier en assurances des entreprises ;
  • Connaissance d’Applied EPIC, suite Microsoft Office, Policy Works ;
  • Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle et assurer un service professionnel ;
  • Être autonome, méthodique et faire preuve de rigueur et d’esprit d’équipe ;
  • Facilité à établir des relations professionnelles ;
  • Aptitudes pour la négociation et la prise de décision ;
  • Talent reconnu de communicateur dans les relations internes et externes (courtiers, clientèle, assureurs).

    Reporting to the Director, the Account Manager plays an essential role in the management of insurance files. The Account Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience at all times by processing renewals, new business, endorsements, certificates and other insurance documents. The candidate works closely with the Account Manager with the objective of maintaining high quality service to our customers.

    Your responsibilities :

    For Renewals :

  • Manage customer renewal lists according to deadlines ;
  • Meet renewal deadlines while offering advice to ensure the best solutions and conditions ;
  • Analyze and update renewal files, including insurance limits, warranties, and underwriting information ; Active participation in account marketing during renewals, including collection of relevant information, proposals, and questionnaires ;
  • Collaboration with account managers to develop account placement strategy and review of policy coverages, as well as submission of underwriting and missing coverages ;
  • Prompt notification of changes to insurers. - Preparation and dispatch of insurance certificates to customers. - Strict application of the firm's policy regarding ;
  • For New Business and Modifications ;
  • Ensure customer needs are met through personalized, prompt and courteous service, and efficiently process policy change requests ;
  • Provide customers with explanations on the nature and cost of services offered, as well as information on claims related to their file ;
  • Collaborate in the identification and analysis of customer risks, and in the implementation of measures to improve the company's efficiency and market positioning ;
  • Prepare certificates and enter information into Policy Works. - Preparation of invoices in accordance with firm standards. - Execution of other tasks and special projects as required.
  • What we're looking for :

  • Certificate in commercial-lines damage insurance issued by the Autorité des marchés financiers (in force) ;
  • Over 5 years' experience as a commercial insurance broker ;
  • Knowledge of Applied EPIC, Microsoft Office Suite, Policy Work ;
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure professional service ;
  • Be autonomous, methodical, rigorous and a team player ;
  • Ability to establish professional relationships ;
  • Negotiation and decision-making skills ;
  • Proven communication skills in internal and external relations (brokers, customers, insurers).
