NOTE : This position is currently listed as Onsite; however the Assignment under this request will provisionally be Hybrid working 7.25 hours per calendar day sometime between 8 : 005 : 00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) Monday to Friday inclusive unless otherwise identified. These conditions are subject to change as the OPS reflects on its current situation. During the duration of the assignment you will be under the discretion of the Hiring Managers requirements for the Project you are assigned to.

- At least 8 years of experience in UX Design for large business transformation systems; specifically experience with user support flows for internal and public facing web services
- Share the Portfolio of previous experience of the candidate.

Scope
Require a senior UX Designer with 8 years of experiences to provide digital expertise and skills that support the transformation of online internal and public facing web servicesBy working with key stakeholders and as part of the project team take a lead role in the digital transformation / design of a new user centric public website to serve the needs of the citizens of Ontario and an intranet site for internal judicial users.Assignment Deliverables
Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysisInterpret data and qualitative feedbackConceive and conduct user research interviews and surveys and translating them into sitemaps personas / user stories user flows customer journey maps wireframes mockups and prototypesDetermine information architecture and create sitemapsCreate prototypes wireframes (visual design solutions screen layouts interfaces navigation components) and taxonomies that address business requirements and take into consideration organizational branding and accessibility regulationsConduct usability testingIdentify users needs and understand how users consume and navigate contentPlan and design the information architecture for the website; what information should go where Which elements are more important and should be given priorityCreate use cases and flow diagrams and define information hierarchiesAnalyze product metrics such as daily sessions timeonpage and goal completion rate to evaluate effectiveness of existing copyDocument all functional aspects of the product design processCombine UX thinking with design execution to produce usable and intuitive user interfaceFacilitate workshops to answer critical business questions through design thinking rapid prototyping and testing ideas with customersCreate visual design solutions screen layouts interfaces navigation components that address business requirementsPrepare usability testing prototypes and other related materials ensuring adherence to established standards and protocols including AODAA Note on the VOR Master Service Agreement :
The VOR Master Service Agreement which expires on April 5 2026 leaves some Contracts with funding unassigned for fiscal 202627. If the current statement of work expires on March 31 2026 the remaining funds can be used to exercise an option to extend the SOW beyond March 31 2026 based on business case approvals. Such extensions will be allowable only if the Master Service Agreement is extended beyond April 5 2026 and be upon the same terms conditions and covenants contained in the SOW.The start date is subject to change based on security clearances and contract signing timelines.Experience and Skillset Requirements
