Job Description

We are a growing and culture first company. We work with shippers and manufacturers to reduce and or control freight costs, improve communication, and manage the delivery process. To accomplish this, we partner with select carriers and help keep their trucks moving. Our logistics coordinators take complete ownership of each move from start to finish, communicating with customers, shippers, receivers and drivers. Unlike other 3PLs we don’t create internal silos by segregating our team into “customer service representatives” and “carrier procurement specialists” where no one person has complete visibility of each move. We wear many hats, negotiate at every opportunity and take on different roles throughout the work day. Each team member has the authority to do what it takes to complete the shipment without having to wade through layers of management approval. Coworkers are always close by to offer advice and guidance but the ultimate decision on how to get the job done is up to you.

Experience in transportation, post‑secondary education in logistics, and negotiating skills are preferred but not required. Having previous experience in freight forwarding will be an asset too.
