American Iron & Metal is looking to add a Dispatcher to join our growing logistics team. As an AIM dispatcher the candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all accounts while scheduling company drivers to service customers. This is a fastpaced dynamic environment that requires the ability to problem solve and will provide the chance for learning every day. This will be a night shift from 10 : 30pm7 : 00am
What youre responsible for :
- Distributing and coordinating customer service calls.
- Communicating between scale operators yard operations and drivers.
- Directing trucks and providing detailed feedback to scale on quality of material.
- Monitoring driver hours within provincial compliance regulations.
- Tracking incoming and outgoing orders
- Ensuring safe operation process and procedures are directed and followed.
