The hourly wage for this position is $32.37 per hour as of July 1 / 2024 School Bus Drivers working on call, will get 5% of bi-weekly earnings in lieu of vacation and 4.6% of straight time earnings in each pay period in lieu of statutory holidays.After successfully completing a probationary period and attaining seniority, School Bus Drivers working on call will receive 10% in lieu of benefits when working 20 hours or more per week.School Bus Driver working in a permanent position will be eligible to enroll in a benefits package and pension plan and will qualify for paid leaves, including short term and long term disability.
