Are you a hardworking and growth oriented individual looking for a career in Traffic Control?

The Universal Group, recognized as one ofCanadas best-managed companies in 2024, has exciting opportunities in our Traffic Controlteam.As a Traffic Control Person (TCP), you play an essential role insupporting the safety of your fellow roadworkers, crews and members of public on the road. You will work to provide Peace of Mind to multiple parties by safely and effectively controlling traffic.

What you will be responsible for :

Safely setting up and tearing down worksites.
Protecting your team and clients with safety at the forefront all the time.
Coming home safe to your family!

Where / When you will be working :

Dispatchable region across Vancouver Island.

Available for a minimum of 3 consistent weekdays (M-F).

Occasional weekend work available.

Working outdoors in all elements and weather.

The recruitment process for this role typically lasts1week and includes a phone screen, behavioral assessment and a virtual interview.
