For over 50 years, our client has been a leader in building products. As a family-owned and operated business, they have grown to become one of the larger players in the industry with a focus on service and a one-stop shop. If they do not have it in stock, they will get it! They are adding a Lumber Trader to the team. If you are an experienced sales professional with industry experience in lumber sales you are invited to join this growing family business as a key member of the sales team.
Specific Responsibilities Include :
- Set up relationships with buyers both existing and new prospects
- Cold call and develop long-term vendor and customer relationships
- Develop and grow key vendor / logistic / industry relationships to ensure the supply of products
- Prompt entry of all paperwork
- Accountability to profitably
- Providing timely accurate information to management with regards to market data, trends and account activities
