• 3 to 5 years of experience in an equity trading or trading related role.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach to working with others.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate well and work with a team of senior investment professionals.
• Proven ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with both a collaborative and debate-driven approach to communication.
• A growth mindset; proven ability to bounce back and learn from mistakes.
• Undergraduate degree.
• Completion of Level 1 of the CFA is an asset.
• Commitment to live in Vancouver for the long-term.
