Vish is hiring an UX / UI Designer

Are you driven to be successful and gain invaluable skills? Are you looking for a great team? We are currently servicing customers and growing in countries from Canada, US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and require an UX / UI Designer to join our Product team.

The Role

As the UX / UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences. Their work involves understanding user needs, creating wireframes and mockups, and collaborating with development teams to bring designs to life.

Who are we?

Vish is changing and innovating the hair colour industry. At the local level, Vish helps salons eliminate waste, manage their inventory, increase service revenue and provide valuable insight into their colour business. At the global level, Vish will revolutionize supply chain management for the entire hair colour industry.

Key Responsibilities :

User Research and Analysis :

  • Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Analyze user data to identify pain points, needs, and preferences.
  • Create user personas and journey maps to understand user behavior.

Information Architecture :

  • Organize information and content into a clear and intuitive structure.
  • Develop sitemaps and wireframes to outline the information hierarchy.

    • Interface Design :

  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Create mockups and prototypes to visualize the design.
  • Ensure consistency in design elements and branding guidelines.

    • User Testing and Iteration :

  • Conduct usability testing to gather feedback on design prototypes.
  • Analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Iterate on designs to optimize user experience.

    • Collaboration with Development Teams :

  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Provide clear design specifications and guidelines.
  • Address technical constraints and provide creative solutions.

    • Required Skills :

  • Design Tools : Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • User Research : Strong understanding of user research methodologies.
  • Information Architecture : Ability to structure information effectively.
  • Visual Design : Skill in creating visually appealing and engaging designs.
  • UX Principles : Knowledge of UX principles, such as usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to identify and solve design challenges.
  • Communication : Excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Attention to Detail : Meticulous attention to detail in design execution.
