I'm expanding my painting business from $200K → $450K this year, and I'm hiring 2 driven, competitive students to step into leadership roles as Production Managers.
This isn't your typical summer job. You'll be running your own mini-business, managing crews, leading clients, and being mentored directly by the business owner. You'll finish the summer with more experience, confidence, and leadership ability than most people have by graduation.
If you're someone who thrives on challenge, growth, and impact — this role is built for you.
What You'll Actually Do
You'll be trained, coached, and supported through it all. No experience required — just hunger and a coachable attitude.
