Our client is searching for an experienced Territory Manager who’s ready to join a dynamic sales team in the Greater Toronto Area.
As a driven, high-energy sales professional, you’ll be the face of our client’s brand, utilizing your creativity and consultative selling approach to achieve outstanding results.
Your mission will be to enhance the brand’s presence and drive growth within your territory and within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :
- Assess local market conditions, identify sales opportunities, and craft forecasts for your territory.
- Qualify new business prospects and maintain a robust pipeline of high-potential clients.
- Manage and submit orders for your customer base.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints with exceptional service, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports within the CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the team to manage credit and collection policies as needed.
- Conduct monthly reporting and perform various tasks to promote customer retention and satisfaction.
What You Bring to the Table :
- A sales-driven mindset, backed by at least 3 years of proven success in sales or sales management, preferably in the building or construction materials industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships and adding value to your clients.
- A solid understanding of technology and proficiency in CRM platforms (such as Salesforce.com).
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and strong ability to multi-task.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a true sales mentality with a strong drive to hunt for new business.
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for travel within the designated territory.

The hours for this role will be flexible and may include evenings and weekends depending upon customer requirements. There will be a blend of home office work and on the road work within your territory spanning the Greater Toronto Area.
