- Engage in the sales process by providing administrative support to a team of Account Managers
- Prepare quotes by collaborating with inside technical and administrative support teams
- Manage multiple projects by reviewing, prioritizing and actioning requests to meet deadlines
- Research, prepare, and analyze data from multiple databases to support Sales team
- Create and maintain project files, client records
- Prepare reports and documentation (i.e. letters)
- General administrative duties such as filing, data entry, answering / transferring calls, greeting staff and visitors, sort / distribute incoming mail
- Other duties as required
