Job description

Insurance Client Experience & Growth Coordinator

Employment: Part-time or full-time
Location: In-office, with future flexibility based on performance
Compensation: $45,000-$55,000 plus performance-based incentives

The Opportunity

We are a growing insurance agency looking for a driven, personable, and highly organized professional to take ownership of our client experience and help create new business opportunities.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure every client feels well cared for while consistently generating qualified appointments for our licensed advisors.

What You’ll Own

  1. Creating a welcoming and professional client experience
  2. Answering calls and responding to client inquiries
  3. Making outbound calls for campaigns, follow-ups, and appointment setting
  4. Booking, qualifying, and confirming appointments
  5. Identifying client needs and directing opportunities to the appropriate advisor
  6. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring follow-ups are completed
  7. Identifying ways to improve processes and efficiency
  8. Contributing to defined service, appointment, and growth goals

What Success Looks Like

  1. Clients feel valued, informed, and supported
  2. Qualified appointments are consistently generated and confirmed
  3. Follow-ups happen accurately and on time
  4. Client information remains organized and current
  5. Opportunities do not fall through the cracks
  6. You take ownership without requiring constant direction

You’re a Strong Fit If You

  1. Build rapport quickly and enjoy speaking with people
  2. Are confident making outbound calls and creating opportunities
  3. Set high standards and follow through consistently
  4. Are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with technology
  5. Take initiative and look for solutions
  6. Respond well to feedback and enjoy being accountable for results
  7. Are energetic, driven, and coachable
  8. Want your responsibilities and earning potential to grow with your performance
  9. Are willing to obtain your OTL and/or LLQP licence within 12 months.

Career Growth

This role is ideal for someone who wants to get their foot in the door, learn the insurance industry, and develop valuable sales and client relationship skills.

Candidates who consistently meet performance expectations and complete the required licensing will be considered for advancement into a licensed sales or advisory position, with greater client responsibility and earning potential.

Growth is earned through consistent results, sound judgment, initiative, and exceptional client care.

Why Join Us

We’re building more than a business. We’re building a team of motivated, client-focused professionals who want to make a difference and grow their careers.

We offer:

  1. Hands-on training and ongoing development
  2. Supportive leadership and a collaborative team
  3. Clear performance expectations and regular feedback
  4. Autonomy and trust as you demonstrate capability
  5. Performance-based incentives tied to defined results
  6. Support toward obtaining your insurance licence
  7. Opportunities to grow into sales, advising, operations, or leadership

This Role May Not Be for You If

You are uncomfortable making outbound calls, prefer to wait for direction, dislike being measured against clear goals, or are not interested in building a career in insurance.

Apply

If you’re energetic, driven, coachable, and looking for an opportunity where your effort will be recognized and rewarded, we’d love to meet you.
