Candidates must be capable of being able to knowledgably review, assess and update security training material.
This requires a subject matter expert level knowledge or experience of security weapons. tactics tools and strategies as well as Training Experience.
Knowledge of the Systematic Approach to Training and be familiar with Audit experience I knowledge.
Our client utilizes the Systematic Approach to Training in developing training materials which includes knowledge of : analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation.
Candidates must be able to apply this methodology to developing and / or amending training material for Nuclear Security and therefore must have knowledge, experience with firearms and other security force options.
Also be knowledgeable with response tactics and security protection measures.
This is a remote position wherein the candidate will access security training materials, review and address gaps which means gathering information and developing materials.
There may be a need to meet in person on occasion. Guidance and support will be available, and the ideal candidate should be expected to work independently and proactively.
Qualifications :
Must have or be able to obtain Level II Clearance,
Should have training qualifications, current or former qualifications or experience relating to firearms, weaponry, tactics, tools and strategies utilized by Nuclear Security Officers.
Must have sound knowledge I experience with lesson plans and training material within the nuclear environment.
