Description

• Interfaces with customers in a courteous, business-like manner answering their inquiries and assisting in meeting their needs and getting information from other sources if required.
• Maintaining control of field mechanics and keeping field work orders up to date.
• Working with the shop foreman to maintain control of all work orders.
• Working with the parts personnel to keep control of parts and proper billing.
• Oversees the scheduling of field technicians and maintains the service board in the shop to ensure effective service.
• Retrieving, filing and maintenance of SMFs (Service Maintenance Forms)
• Works with branch leadership and shop foreman to maintain and support branch with cost effective ideas and processing Updating equipment statuses
• Tracking down PO’s from customers
• Dispatch field technicians
• Supply shop mechanics with paperwork for their day-to-day duties
• Maintaining branch invoice folders
• Maintaining weekly parts counts and ordering of all parts / shop supplies
• Responsible for activating site access processes
• Other administrative responsibilities as needed
