As we expand a highly successful business line from a provincial to a national scale, we’re looking for a creative, energetic Marketing Specialist to help lead this exciting phase of growth.
What You’ll Do
As our Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the helm of our national program, directly influencing our marketing and outreach initiatives while accelerating your own career. Working closely with the owner, you will :
- Data & CRM Management
Compile and maintain comprehensive data sets.
Integrate and segment contacts within HubSpot to power targeted outreach.
Develop customized proposals in Proposify that resonate with potential clients.
Design and execute a Google AdWords campaign that drives results.
Create and schedule engaging content for platforms like Meta and TikTok using batch production techniques.
Produce and host dynamic YouTube content that embodies our brand’s voice.
Draft personalized letters for direct mail campaigns, adding authenticity to our outreach.
Convert warm leads through strategic phone outreach, turning prospects into loyal clients.
Collaborate with partners like Glacier Media and marketing agencies to refine our media strategies.
Track KPIs such as contact acquisition, CRM data accuracy, social engagement, and direct mail responses.
Report progress and insights directly to the owner, adapting strategies based on data-driven results.
Who You Are
You excel at managing data and using CRM systems to drive targeted marketing efforts. If you love diving into spreadsheets and databases to uncover insights, you’ll fit right in.
A self-starter who sees “no” as just one step closer to the next “yes.”
Excellent written and verbal skills, with a flair for crafting compelling marketing narratives.
Familiar with social media, digital advertising platforms, and eager to master CRM tools like HubSpot.
Capable of juggling multiple projects while keeping a keen eye on every detail.
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a business or related degree program, with a passion for marketing and a drive to learn.

24 per hour base wage, plus performance-based sales commissions and scheduled wage increases as the role evolves.
