Providing legal services to the internal business team. Providing legal analysis and administrative assistance to other members of the legal team Managing legal department systems such as the contract management system and Adobesign Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of contracts with assistance from more senior counsel where needed. Assisting with financings and other corporate law matters. Advising on existing contractual arrangements and questions of contract interpretation. 2+ years of corporate and commercial experience, preferably at a major law firm, or a combination of large firm and in-house experience. ~ Law Society or other Canadian law society. ~ Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills. ~ Ability to work independently and reliably under tight time frames in a dynamic and varied. Must be fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken).
