We are looking for a fun and experienced leader who loves A&W as much as they love leading a diverse team from their local community!The Team Lead duties include, but are not limited too : Delighting guests with friendly and caring customer service representative of the A&W brandWorking as a team with co-workers to deliver outstanding guest experience and achieve service timesSpending a reasonable amount each shift on the floor assisting and working with employeesMonitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.Following food safety regulations and maintaining sanitation, health, orderly and clean eating and dining areas, as well as other facilities utilized by guests Cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils, sweeping and mopping floorsJob Requirements : Some Restaurant Supervision experience (at least 6 months)Food handling certificate Access to reliable transportationAbility to work in a fast-paced environment Great social skills and love for interacting with other peopleLeader and a team playerBasic English language skills What we offer : flexible schedule, on-the-job training, opportunities to advance, health benefits
