The Shepherding pastor will be a part-time position — focusing on our church community and personal relationsTEACHING PASTOR Preach 3 Sundays per monthOversee the discipleship and mentoring of the Spiritual / Ministry Leaders of CCFAttends church events and holiday servicesAssists with Congregant Services (baptisms, communion, funerals, weddings etc) SHEPHERDING PASTOR Occasional PreachingOfficiates all Sunday Services (Announcements / Prayer time)Hospital visitation / chaplaincyAssists with the discipleship and mentoring of the congregation of CCFAttends church events and holiday servicesAssists with Congregant Services
