Leverage strong analytical skills to audit processes, assess trends, create reports, and tell the story with data.
Collaborates with subject matter experts to design and develop processes, best practices, and TA initiatives.
Researches and recommends solutions based on stakeholder feedback, market trends, new technology / social platforms, best practices, and HR legislation.
Creates high-quality training, documentation, and communications to support team initiatives.
Identifies and evaluates appropriate external vendors, consultants, and partners, and manages relationships and deliverables.
Collaborates with other departments and the HR Leadership team to ensure alignment with priorities and initiatives.
Qualifications
Postsecondary diploma or degree in human resources or a related discipline; working towards relevant designation preferred.
5 years of progressive talent acquisition experience preferred.
Registered Professional Recruiter (RPR) is an asset.
Experience developing corporate recruitment campaigns and strategies.
Demonstrated experience in the utilization of key social recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed, and talent acquisition technologies.
Ability to analyze information and data and make recommendations and best practices.
Experience with talent acquisition KPIs and developing enterprise reports.
Results oriented and with proven project management experience.
Strong organizational skills, high level of detail orientation, and ability to multitask, and prioritize conflicting deadlines.
Demonstrated stakeholder and vendor management skills.
