As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for full cycle recruitment in a high-volume, fast paced environment which includes :
- Providing recommendations on recruitment / sourcing strategies.
- Preparing exciting and inclusive job ads, reviewing and screening resumes, facilitating interviews, conducting reference checks, and extending offers of employment.
- Coaching and supporting hiring managers through the recruitment process.
- Opportunities to work on projects not only within Talent Acquisition, but across the entire Ministry.
Key to your success, is to understand the clients' business needs and constantly strive to find the best solution to their staffing needs. This requires strong verbal and written communication skills, proven analytical and problem solving abilities, as well as the ability to evaluate interrelated concepts to deliver sound business advice.
