As a Training Support Coordinator for Resideo Academy, the selected candidate will play a critical role in the success of our global training programs.
This position is responsible for the coordination of training events in the Americas (AMER) region, working with training stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey through course selection, registration, booking, delivery and feedback. This role also provides necessary support to the training team for event management, including scheduling, coordinating with venues, updating course materials and tools to ensure the events are run in a professional and consistent manner.
This position will conduct research, process required paperwork, and track adherence to state regulatory requirements in the issuance of Continuing Education Units (CEU's). As a regional role, this position requires collaboration across different countries. The ability to identify these local requirements and integrate into regional efficiencies are a key part of the role.
This role will also support the French-Canadian language verification needs of the AMER region by reviewing documentation and training collateral to ensure that AI translated content is technically, linguistically, and culturally accurate.
JOB DUTIES :
- Act as a customer-facing dedicated liaison for AMER training courses, arranging venues, managing bookings, customer payments, and delivering cost-effective service.
- Schedule training events, ensuring alignment and entry of event details are captured in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Advise the team on delivery method for requested training topics (eLearning, webinar, in-person, .
- Administer and manage Continuing Education Unit program requirements.
- Verify French-Canadian translations are accurate.
