Dematic Canada is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth across the region. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, managing key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $125,000 - $225,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications :
This is What You Will do in This Role :
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Dematic Canada's business goals and objectives.
Revenue Growth : Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding existing customer accounts, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance the team's performance.
Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with Dematic Canada's solutions and services.
Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, adjusting the sales strategy accordingly.
Sales Process Improvement : Continuously improve the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
Budget Management : Manage the sales budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, engineering, and project management, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful project execution.
Reporting and Forecasting : Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and insights.
