Aufgaben
Duties
- Develop, review, revise, and implementation of the Construction Quality Management Plan
- Schedule & conduct construction quality audits
- Supervise the construction quality team
- Monitor the development and implementation of Inspection and Test Plans and schedule & conduct regular audits
- Work closely with the construction and design team members to ensure the Non-conformance are addressed effectively
- Identify & flag construction deficiencies throughout the construction phase
- Lead the development of the monthly Quality Management System Report
- Develop and deliver onboarding and quality training as required
- Promote STRABAG to all associated with the organization / project by demonstrating professional skill and a high
- standard of fairness and integrity
- Assist the Quality Director in promoting Quality Culture throughout the Organization
- Assist with deployment of various continual improvement initiatives and facilitate workshops
- Participate in proposals and tenders for new projects
- Performs other related duties as assigned
