Permanent position 40h / week - day shift Reporting to the Production Manager, your responsibilities include : -Plan and supervise production to achieve daily quantity and quality objectives. -Manage a team of operators, ensuring their training and development. -Ensure compliance with food safety standards and best practices. -Monitor and analyze production performance, and identify areas for improvement. -Manage raw materials and equipment inventories. -Report regularly on production performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.our profile Minimum 3 years' experience in production supervision in a food-processing environment. Good knowledge of HACCP standards and food quality practices. Team management and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Good command of office tools (Excel, production management software).
