Reporting to the Distribution Center Area Manager, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that Groupe Robert's values are upheld and that objectives are met.
Your responsibilities will be as follows :
- Ensure a safe work environment;
- Ensure complete management of personnel under their supervision;
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs), implement and monitor them;
- Ensure continuous improvement of operations;
- Ensure a high level of customer service satisfaction;
- Maintain and develop a good working climate and relationships;
- Carry out annual employee appraisals;
- Take care of employee integration, training, coaching and mentoring;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Comply with ISO standards;
- Any other duties related to the job.
In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have :
- Professional training in logistics, operations management or related discipline (asset);
- 3-5 years' experience in personnel supervision;
- Experience in a unionized environment (asset)
- Computer skills (SAP, Office suite, Outlook, etc.);
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English;
- Demonstrates leadership skills;
- Able to carry out several mandates at the same time;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Excellent stress management skills.
