- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from major gift giving among existing and potential donors and partners.
- Successfully manage moves that result in retention and migration of the current portfolio.
- Grow and manage a portfolio of donors and prospects through cultivation and solicitation plans to close major gifts ($5,000-$1,000,000).
- Build meaningful connections with qualified prospects, resulting in new and diverse revenue streams.
- Implement creative strategies and quality stewardship that inspire multi-year commitments and / or stretch gifts from donors.

- Assess current priorities, workload, resources, and team members’ performance; implement action plans, behavior correction, and development measures as needed.
- Partner with volunteer leadership to solicit funding and support from individuals, corporations, foundations, and other sources of influence.
- Support development of briefing materials, proposals, presentations for donor and community foundations meetings, and ensure CRM updates.
- Establish a 12-month engagement plan for prospects, build trust with regional staff for major gift cultivation, and regularly report on campaign progress while supporting annual fundraising goals.
