Job description

What you’ll do :

Working closely with the Crop Inputs Manager, you will be responsible for the following :

To ensure acceptable level of customer service is provided to customers and you have the appropriate attitude;

Have a deep knowledge of products;

To analyze our existing and potential customers and identify other competition in the area;

Coming to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude;

Be familiar with and adhere to Meadow Lake Co-op policies and procedures;

Participate in maintaining location image and housekeeping standards;

Be available to work variety of shifts including weekends;

Other duties as assigned.

Who you are :

  • You have excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • You are highly motivated;
  • Strong technical skills and know-how of production agriculture;
  • You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do;
  • You believe in maintaining a respectful and honest work place;
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license and clean drivers abstract;
  • Eager to learn;
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more unassisted;

Preference will be given to applicants with agricultural background.
