Vantage is a marketing company that hires motivated interns across Canada to challenge themselves during the summer for an unforgettable experience. Vantage specializes in door-to-door sales of residential services such as pest control, telecommunications services and solar energy.

We are hiring for summer-time sales representatives for May - August 2025!  Vantage reps earn unparalleled commissions, and learn and develop to better prepare themselves for the next stage in their career paths after Vantage, or for the next challenge as a team-lead, assistant manager, sales manager, or even regional manager at Vantage.  We promote from within and are very proud of our Leadership Development Program!

Our Culture

Personalized coaching :   Vantage offers comprehensive sales training and resources to ensure the success of new recruits. Representatives are part of a dynamic sales team that meets before each workday at 12 : 00 p.m. at the Vantage office to practice, motivate and learn the science of sales. Recruits are coached by industry-renowned team leaders to ensure their success.

Social aspect :  Team spirit plays an important role at Vantage, everyone undertakes the challenge together and the camaraderie is felt from the first day on the job.
