We are presently accepting resumes for a Summer Student to provide administrative support to the Scheduling department. This is a full-time position starting as soon as April 21, 2025 for approximately 4-5 months. This position works up to 37.5 hours biweekly with an hourly rate of pay of $21.11. Please note that this position is contingent upon funding approval through the Federal Government Canada Summer Jobs program.
Minimum requirements of this position include :
- Completion of secondary school and enrolled in post-secondary education in a closely related field of education which may include business / office administration, Human Resources or legal administration, or other closely related fields
- Related experience is an asset
- A valid class G driver's license and reliable transportation is an asset
