Our Energy team specializing in hydropower and dam engineering is looking for a Senior Project Manager / Engineer with specific expertise in civil / structural engineering as well as in the rehabilitation of hydraulic structures and hydroelectric power plants mainly with the client Hydro-Québec. We offer a flexible hybrid work model enabling you to work from home and from one of our offices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Act as a project manager or multidisciplinary coordinator for major projects related to dams and hydroelectric facilities.
• Perform hydraulic calculations for dams and hydroelectric facilities
• Supervise the design of hydraulic structures and works.
• Participate in the management and technical coordination of major projects.
• Participate in the preparation of proposals.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
• Master technical solutions and ensure their adequacy with clients needs.
• Plan project stages monitor the progress of deliverables and ensure compliance with the schedule.
• Ensure quality control of project practices.
• Support and verify the work of other specialized engineers (civil / structural hydraulic heavy mechanical geotechnical or electrical)
• Coordinate and supervise the work of engineers technicians and draftspersons involved in the projects
