Job Description
Insight Global is looking for 2 Software Engineers to join the Rating & Charging team at a major Telecom client supporting the real‑time charging platform, enabling accurate rating and billing for mobile, internet, and connected device services. This role works within the Rating & Charging domain, processing network activity events and applying customer plan logic in real time. The engineer will support and enhance the core MATRIXX charging platform, including a large‑scale migration of all postpaid subscribers from legacy system. Responsibilities include building and maintaining integrations with internal systems, supporting provisioning and activation workflows, improving CI / CD pipelines, enabling automated testing, and implementing infrastructure as code in a cloud‑native environment. This role works closely with cross‑functional engineering, platform, and network teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and well‑integrated solutions. The ideal candidate is a fast learner with strong telecom domain knowledge and a well‑rounded DevOps background.
