We are looking for a Corporate & Real Estate Law Clerk to join our Ottawa team. This position is perfect for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in a flexible, tech-enabled environment. You will play a key role in supporting our corporate and real estate teams, facilitating complex transactions, and ensuring exceptional client service. We are seeking candidates with 2–5 years of relevant experience to contribute their expertise to our team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support TAAG Law’s corporate and real estate teams.
- Coordinate and conduct due diligence for real estate and M&A closings.
- Maintain corporate minute books and prepare annual return filings.
- Draft engagement letters and manage client onboarding.
- Assist with the execution of wills and powers of attorney.
- Support client and file management, including compliance-related tasks.
