We have an opportunity for a Senior Content Strategy Manager role to join our Marketing Operations Team .
As the Content Strategy Manager, you will lead our content marketing efforts across the organization. Equal parts creative strategist and detail-oriented managing editor, you are able to work with our various vertical leaders and marketing managers to devise an overarching content plan that attracts, converts and retains customers of all types.
You will brainstorm creative ways of engaging audiences online and produce content that converts primarily for B2B audiences in the libraries, hospitality, transportation and publishing categories, and for B2C.
In this role, you will :
- Own and execute a holistic content strategy across multiple channels (blog, social, email, website, and other content formats) for B2B and B2C audiences to enable lead generation campaigns and drive brand awareness
- Identify missing areas of opportunity, including untapped channels, and develop a strategy to capitalize from the ground up
- Plan and manage the content plan and regularly review content performance to optimize content output and plans
- Lead, coach and manage the in-house Content Marketing team, including copywriters and social media managers, as well as a network of freelance consultants’ team
- Keep on top of trends in content marketing and social media to support the in-house Content Marketing team and educate stakeholders across the organization
- Create content for various channels in collaboration with other Marketing function leads, including Growth, Product and Customer Marketing
- Maintain and ensure the brand voice across all copy and communications created across the Marketing team
- In collaboration with Marketing stakeholders, conduct research and analysis to understand the target audience and their needs, preferences, and behaviors
- Be a key stakeholder in positioning PressReader as a thought leader in the digital content distribution space
- Establish, communicate and manage effective deadlines and work-back schedules for deliverables
- Build, maintain and optimize efficient processes to ensure all projects run smoothly and content production can scale over time
- Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to measure impact of content marketing initiatives, including organic traffic, impressions, CTR, conversions, engagement.

PressReader is committed to providing a fair compensation package which include a 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision benefit plan; 15 paid vacation days to start; health and wellness days and bereavement days; reimbursements for professional training and membership in professional associations; fitness subsidy and more, along with a chance to be working with amazing people. The pay range for this role is $85,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.
