The Sales Representative will :

• Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service
• Take ownership of the assigned area and make the most of the provided leads to qualify prospects and close in-person sales
• Achieve or exceed sales targets by promoting home security, internet and wireless services to residential and retail customers
• Be the go-to person for any technical issues or queries from consumers
• Keep track of all sales activities in the assigned areas and report them on the Salesforce platform
• Attend all required training sessions, team meetings, and planning sessions to stay updated on the products and sales strategies
