Job Overview :

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract.
As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and success of our products by collaborating with business stakeholders, IT teams, and developers.
You will be responsible for managing stories, ensuring business requirements are met, and overseeing the release of product increments.
This role requires a skilled analyst with problem-solving abilities and experience in an agile environment.

Major Responsibilities :

Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA.

Create, manage, and release stories related to prioritized work (production & ITE)

Evaluate / develop business requirements.

Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.

The Product Analyst manages incidents and incoming enhancement requests.

Document and execute user story acceptance tests.

Provide user story and solution support to team members.

Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.

Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and the IT team.

Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.

Required Experience :

3-5 years experience in an IT analyst role

Team lead experience ( 1 analyst with team lead experience would be fine)

Required Skills :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Commerce and 4-6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities.

Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance

Confident communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders

Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes.

Eye for detail and a passion for building great products.

Experience working in an agile environment.

Nice to have :

Experience with Jira
