Responsibilities

Evaluate daily operations

Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates

Recruit, hire and supervise staff and / or volunteers

Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress

Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements

Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control

Read blueprint, schemas and drawings

Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions

Develop risk management plans

Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses

Working at heights training

First Aid Certificate

Fall Arrest Protection Training Course

Construction specialization : Roofing

Area of specialization : Single ply sheet membrane roofing system

Additional information

Transportation / travel information : Valid driver's licence

Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Work must be completed at the physical location.
