The Role :
Legend is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to create, shape, and deliver the CRM strategy for our Sports Pillar, driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue. You'll be the one setting the vision to deliver a high-value content proposition to the user and driving our direct-to-customer marketing efforts to the next level.

Your Impact :
- Lead the growth and optimization of the CRM channel across the Sports Pillar and its associated brands.
- Organize and oversee the CRM delivery process, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
- Serve as the primary link between the content team and the marketing / CRM function, fostering strong collaboration and alignment.
- Define and own the CRM roadmap, shaping strategies that align with immediate and long-term business goals.
- Regularly report on CRM performance, providing insights and updates to the leadership team to inform decision-making.
